In this course/workshop you will develop your business into a viable, kingdom-advancing reality. You will know how to articulate the impact you are having/expecting to have and how that creates value in the earth in financial terms, improving people’s lives, in enhancing the level of trust in the related business environment, and in enhancing the health of our planet.

Topics covered in this course:

Topics for this workshop course are organized into 4 key modules:

• Module 1: Capturing and fully articulating what you already know about your kingdom assignment and how this business can embody that assignment
• Module 2: Defining and validating your intended value creation for not only direct customers, be for every stakeholder (people affected by) of your business.
• Module 3: Building an integrated strategic plan that is a road map for fulfilling your assignment through this business
• Module 4: Capture the plan in forward-projecting (Pro Forma) financials that include every form of capital, not simply money.

Assignments:
Each session (2 per Module) will include assignments that must be completed prior to the next unit. These assignments will require at least 2-3x the amount of time spent in “class” and you should not undertake this course if you do not have the time available to invest.

Between each Module (for example, week 3, which follows Module 1A and 1B) a live Help Session will be held at the normal class time for 2 hours. These help sessions are meant to answer questions for anyone having difficulty completing the work. During the help session weeks, you will also be required to present/review your work with an Advisory team, which you will need to define for yourself, but which may include at least 1 intercessory advisor from The Kingdom University team.

Completion of the course will be to present your entire plan to your Advisory team. The Instructor can be invited via video call (Zoom, etc.) if desired and will attend this final presentation whenever feasible.
