Achievements
Transformation and Innovation Coach and Consultant. He serves as a member of the founding team of Vertek Materials, LLC, and as Practice Leader for Innovation and Entrepreneurship track for the HEI Visionary Presidents Institute.
He has 25 years’ experience serving in Senior Management roles across R&D, Operations and Product Line leadership in the Specialty Chemicals industry. Dr. Leman subsequently accepted the role of Clinical Professor and founded multiple programs in Technology Commercialization over 15 years at Baylor University. He is the Founding Director of Start Up Waco, a Nonprofit entity dedicated to fostering the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
