General
The Kingdom University functions and operates under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, Who told us to go and teach all nations everything He commanded.
By the term Kingdom, we mean the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the Kingdom of God which Jesus often preached and taught in the four Gospels (Matthew 4:17; 6:33; 24;14; Mark 1:14; Luke 12:32; John 3:3).
By the term University, we mean the Kingdom of God is universal and it is applicable to all people and nations. As commanded by Jesus, in Matthew 6:33, every human being born on Earth has the right to seek and learn about the Kingdom of God and their purpose in it. The platforms
we use to disseminate knowledge about the Kingdom of God, which is called a university or a school.
Kingdom University is set up not for academic or higher education purposes. The goal of Kingdom University is to offer training regarding our purpose, as stated by God in Genesis 1:26 when He created human beings.
All our courses are for information purposes only. We do not offer, nor guarantee any degrees, diplomas, accreditation, or job placements anywhere, or at any time.
Mission
The Kingdom University’s mission is to empower everyone to discover their God-given purpose; to equip each one to find their unique calling; and identify their natural and spiritual gifts; so that they can be released to manifest God’s Kingdom on Earth.
We have the necessary rules to keep our platform and services safe for our students and instructors. These Terms apply to all your activities on the Kingdom University platform.
Accounts
You need an account in order to access training on our platform. You need an account for performing most activities on our platform, including purchasing and accessing content. When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You may not transfer your account to someone else or use someone else’s account. You may not share your account login credentials with anyone else. You will be able to request to change your password if you have forgotten your password. Keep your password somewhere safe, because you’re responsible for all activities associated with your account.
Students and instructors must be at least 18 years of age in order to create an account on the Kingdom University platform. If we discover that you have created an account that violates these rules, we will terminate your account.
Privacy
The Kingdom University respects your privacy and wants you to understand how we collect, use, and share data about you. All data collected will only be used for the Kingdom University and the Kingdom Nation purposes to keep our students and members up to date regarding new developments, new courses, new opportunities, events, important dates, and or any other information we deem to be helpful and relevant. Your information and data will remain private, as we will not share any information, apart from with your Instructor, unless you have given us consent. Course Enrolment and Certification
It is compulsory to first complete the ‘Discovering the Lost Kingdom’ Course before you can enroll for any other course(s) on the Kingdom University platform. This course will be offered to students for free. Please ensure that you meet the entry-level requirements of any courses you want to enroll in before payment is made. You will have access for 60 days to the course you enrolled for. Each student will receive a Certificate of Completion from the Kingdom University on completion of a course.
Course Qualifications and Accreditation
Please note that The Kingdom University is not an accredited university according to any legal jurisdiction within any country. The Kingdom University is a subsidiary of Maximum Impact Ministries, which is an NPO registered in the United States of America.
The Kingdom University, therefore, does not offer any accredited diplomas, degrees, or any other form of formal qualifications. Therefore, students cannot expect to create any job security by attending our courses and programs.
Our courses and programs are designed to assist our students to develop their own personal gifts and enrich their knowledge and skills according to their respective callings and destinies.
Upon completion of our courses and programs, a student will receive a Certificate of Completion.
Instructors
Our instructors are subject matter experts, and no particular qualification is required from them to teach their respective courses. All potential instructors must go through training on how to facilitate/train if they don’t have any previous experience in teaching.
Please note that The Kingdom University will not be held liable for what is being presented or taught by a particular instructor.
Payments
When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. The prices of courses may differ due to duration, number of students in a class, etc. All prices shown are in USD (United States dollar).
You agree to pay the fees for content that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for those fees. We reserve the right to disable access to any content for which we have not received adequate payment.
Please note that all fees paid for the course are non-refundable.
Content and Behaviour Rules
Students may not submit assessments/projects to the instructor of the course that is not their personal input and/or their own work.
Instructors are responsible for their course content and may communicate with students who have enrolled in their courses.
Kingdom University Rights
We own The Kingdom University platform including the website, our logos, API, and code, and you are not permitted to tamper with or use them without our written authorization.
Disclaimers
You accept that you will not have any recourse against us in any of the following types of cases where things don’t work out right, including but not limited to:
- It may happen that our platform is down; either for planned maintenance or because something goes down with the site itself.
- It may happen that one of our instructors is making misleading statements in their content.
- It may also happen that we encounter security issues.
Note: The above are just examples.
We are not responsible for any delay or failure of our performance of any of the Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, like an act of war, hostility, or sabotage; natural disaster; electrical, internet, or telecommunication outage; or government restrictions.
